Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Information:
1. Delivery Timeframe:
We strive to deliver your orders promptly. You can expect to receive your products within 3-7
working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that this delivery timeframe is an
estimate and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Charges:
● We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 1100. Any orders below INR 1100, a
shipping charge of INR 99 will be applicable.
Return and Exchange Policy:
1. Return Eligibility:
● We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy
with your order, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the
goods.
● To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels
and original packing intact. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged in
any way will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Process:
● To initiate a return, please please a return form available on our website or send up an
email for the same.
● A restocking fee will be deducted of INR 199, except in cases of damaged or incorrect
items.
3. Refunds:
● Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
● If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment source after
deducting INR 199 per piece as Shipping Fee and Restocking Fee.
● Please allow up to 7 to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account, as
processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges:
The exchange option is not available. Nevertheless, you can always return eligible products
within the return period and place another order for the size you need.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective or
have any issues with the product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please include your order number and clear images of the defect/issue in the email.
